The journey, in five steps
1 · Online questionnaire. Before coming to the clinic, you tell us your story: skin, habits, current routine and concerns. Ten minutes, at home.
2 · In-person diagnosis. Clinical and instrumental skin assessment covering hydration, oiliness, barrier and pigmentation, with classification of your skin profile among the 16 types in the internationally validated Baumann system.
3 · Personalised plan. A routine built for you: the right active ingredients, in the right order, making the most of what you already have at home and avoiding unnecessary purchases. You receive everything in writing.
4 · Education. A personalised guide to understand what you use and why, including sun, nutrition, sleep and the habits that age or protect the skin.
5 · Follow-up. Skin changes; the plan follows it. We reassess progress and adjust the routine over time.

No. The plan identifies active ingredients and product types. The first step is to optimise and make the most of what you already have at home. We recommend new products only when we identify essential gaps in your routine. The decision to buy is always yours. Our commitment is to your skin, not to a brand.
How long does it take?
The online questionnaire takes about 10 minutes; the in-person consultation takes about 60 minutes.
How much does it cost?
